Back Stretching Asana

Good morning! I COULD NOT WAIT to hit the gym this morning! My body was crying out for a good stretch and sweat session, (after a glutinous 24 hrs and no workout for 48hrs!) So yoga and cardio it was!
It is important that you maintain some training consistency coming off a show as you add calories back into your diet, so you don’t explode! I wouldn’t recommend stopping your workouts and eating everything in sight just because you can.
