Back to Cardio

Ooohhh….I hurt! After two weeks of peaking for my shows, it’s nice to get back to heavy lifting. The last two days were heavy legs and back… So you know the DOMS is a b**ch….lol! And I knew this mornings cardio was going to be torture, so I spent about an hour doing yoga first to loosen up. Then hit the turf with my girl @raphmagraph for cardio. I decided to torture us with a metabolic circuit using the sled, tire and 10lb DB. We did 3 circuits. Each circuit was different and consisted of 5 different exercises performed for 35 sec on/15 sec off, back to back for 3 rounds. OMG…it sucked, but was soooo good! This was just a fraction of the workout! Those sled bunny hops and the parter assisted tire squat to push was no joke. I’ll capture a bit more next week.
