Hump Day Hungry

Um yeah….I’m hungry! Today started off with some yoga and then I hit the turf with my girl @raphmagraph for a little cardio. OMG…it was THE struggle this morning..lol! But we powered through and I feel like I could eat a horse!

This is just a few clips from this mornings circuit…donkey kicks, upward chop, plank alternating lateral raises, back flys and plank alternating DB punches. Again, we did 3 circuits. Each circuit was different and consisted of 5 different exercises performed for 35 sec on/15 sec off, back to back for 3 rounds. HAPPY #HumpDay
