Leg Day #2

Happy Friday!!!

Today is leg day….again!  Lol….great legs don’t happen on accident, they take work!  I begin and end the week with legs… Monday is heavy legs and today is light/moderate.

You know that I LOVE unilateral exercises, so here are a couple that I worked in today!  Smith Machine split squat and side Leg Press.  With both exercises, I’m making sure that I power through my heel to execute the motion.
