Another new garden fresh favorite!
Needed to use up extra Boston leaf lettuce and eggplant from the garden.
So, I made Asian lettuce “burritos” (calling it a burrito instead of a wrap helped it past muster for the kids).
You will need:
Onion
Garlic
Extra Lean Ground Turkey
Eggplant (diced)
Rice Wine Vinegar
Sesame Oil
Ground Ginger Root
Braggs Amino Acid
Spicy Chili Paste
Brown Rice
Lettuce Leaves
Directions
Sautee garlic and onion in large pan. Add turkey meat, eggplant and season with a dash of rice wine vinegar and sesame oil…cook thoroughly. Layer a piece of lettuce with brown rice, turkey mixture, spray with Bragg’s Amino Acid and chili paste. Roll into a “burrito” and enjoy!
