Plyo Wednesday!

My bro @frozentre and I started off with regular and then weighted box jumps. I’m still struggling to get back to my additional 7 plates after that fall a few weeks back. Dude….the psychology of box jumps is no joke!  I got back up to 2 additional plates….3 sets of 10 jumps, but MAN each one was a struggle. I gotta get over this though.

The rest of the workout was a ton of fun, lots of explosive, unilateral, vertical and track drills. If you’re looking for a great athletic/sports trainer you need to look up my boy!  This was just a little bit of the fun we had this morning at 6am AFTER we each trained our 5am clients. Yeah….I love this shiii……!!
