40lb DB Bicep curl fail…

Soooo….I debated posting this mornings workout, but you know me…..lol

I’ve been stuck at curling 35’s for a while now and got excited about getting up to 40’s….or so I thought until I saw this video…lol!  Yeah I curled it, but with bad form and now my shoulder hurts a bit. Don’t be THIS person who becomes obsessed with a number so much that you disregard safety/form. So, I’m going to drop the weight, slow the tempo, increase the reps and add some variety to my bicep exercises and revisit those 40’s later. Stay tuned….
