Operation Build my Triceps – 3 Week Update

So, it’s been about 3 weeks since I started “Operation Grow my Triceps” and I’m pleased at my progress. I am starting to see them grow and get nice and meaty. As a natural athlete I heavily rely on good nutrition and proper supplementation to achieve my goals….whether it is putting on muscle or leaning out. I’d pat myself on the back, if it didn’t hurt to raise my arms right now, lol!
