Cable Kickback & Reverse Cable Triceps Extension

So, I’ve been putting in work on my tri’s and really love these two cable exercises. I like that I have more weight increments to use than with dumb/barbells.

The first is a cable kickback with a supinated grip and twist. The other is reverse cable crossover tri extension. I went a little lighter on the weight and used the concentric and eccentric tension provided by the cables. 4 sets of 10 reps
