Wide Cable Latpulldowns

Today was total upper body. I try to revisit my arms, shoulders and back for a 2nd time during the week. I go lighter on this day and stay mostly on cables. This was my finisher today……wide lay pull downs. You know my love for #thickandwide backs…..this is the wide!

Bridge Pose
